INGREDIENTS
                      250ml apple slices (granny smith)
15ml lemon juice
60ml mayonnaise
condensed milk (to taste)
pecan or walnuts
                    
METHOD
                      Pour juice over appl slices. Add a 
little condensed milk to mayonnaise 
then pour over apple. Sprinkle freshly 
gound back pepper over. Garnish with 
chopped nuts.
