INGREDIENTS
125g butter
125ml castor sugar
375ml ground almonds
2 cups cake flour-sifted
125ml icing sugar
2 teaspoon nutmeg
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Stir in nutmeg &
almonds.Add flour. Shape into small
balls. Chill 1-2 hours. Bake 12-15 minutes
@180*C. Roll in icing sugar while still
warm.
