RECIPE
2 ¼ cups self raising flour
125g butter
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Syrup
450 g mixed fruit jam
½ cup water
Sieve self raising flour into bowl
Add the butter and work into flour wth fingertips to form breadcrumbs
Add the 1 cup castor sugar
Add the two beaten eggs
Add vanilla essence
Make. Into a soft dough
Make ping pong sized balls
Please on baking sheet flatten
Bake 170 .. 15 minutes
Put jam into pot on stove add the water mix untill smooth and a syrup
Add pink food coloring .Dip balls into syrup place one half ontop of another half
Roll entire snowball into syrup
Roll in colored des coconut
