INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillet cubbed1 teaspoon red ginger & garlic masala1 teaspoon ground dhaania & Jeeru (Cumin)1 small rama butterHalf teaspoon green masalaFresh Dhaania finely choppedSalt to taste1 normal size bottle clover fresh cream 1 teaspoon Borri (turmeric powder)Half teaspoon chilli powder4 Elachi (cardomom) or fine Elachi (cardomom) (half teaspoon)
Serve with roti or butter naan
METHOD
Fry chicken in butter, simmer chicken until cooked white, throw in your spices, braise chicken in spices on a low heat until chick is cooked, pour fresh cream and fresh dhaania, simmer and stir cream well, add salt to taste and ready to serve

You can add 2 cinnamon sticks or quarter teaspoon fine cinnamon optional
