1 Bottle All Gold Tomato Sauce1 Big Tin Tomato PureeHalf Cup Achaar Methi (Fenugreek)500ml VinegarHalf Brick Brown amli (tamerine) Half cup SugarSoak amli (tamerine) in vinegar ovenight or few hours and strain.
VegaarOil1 teaspoon Rye (black seed)Limri (Curry leaves) (curry leaves)Fresh Green Chillies (sliced)tal (sesame seeds)
Mix together the tomato sauce, puree, amli (tamerine) and Methi (Fenugreek).
Make vegaar by adding Rye (black seed) to oil and when starts spluttering add chillies and Limri (Curry leaves) and add to chutney.
Lastly add tal (sesame seeds) and mix thoroughly.
