Sticky Ribs

Sticky ribs

2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon golden syrup
Vinegar
Steak and chops spice
Bbq spice
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
1 teaspoon Crushed garlic
1 teaspoon Ground garlic
Mustard powder
Worcester sauce
Soya sauce
Cayenne pepper
Tomato sauce
Marinate ribs with the above and set aside for few hours.

Place in an oven proof dish and cover with foil bake till almost done remove foil and throw sauces over and bake till done.

Sauce:
2tblsp BBQ sauce
3 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Golden syrup
little Vinegar
3-4 tbblsp Worcester sauce
2 tablespoon Soya sauce
