1 cup mugni dhal 1 large onion sliced 1 tablespoon green chillies or to taste 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger garlic 1⁄2 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) 1⁄4 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) Salt to tastes
Wash and rinse mugni dhal and soak in boiling water for a few hours. Sauté onions and add the rest of the ingredients and the dhal. Cook on low heat until dhal is soft. Add enuf water to cook thru, (adding more water will make the dhal mushy, if preferred). U can cook to your liking Garnish with dhana.
