2 Tomatoes grated 1 large onion gratedLiquidise the above Fry together in little oil Drain and keep aside
1 kg cut up big pieces mutton add1 teaspoon ginger garlic to mutton and add water cook halfway till soft....keep aside with the water
MethodIn pot add and heat3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 2Tblsp oilBraise with 1 teaspoon whole jeera3 x cloves 2 x cinnamon sticks2x Elachi (cardomom) pods or crushedFew crushed black whole pepercorns2-3 curry leaves optional2 x Green or Red whole chilles1 teaspoon again ginger garlicBraise well till aroma arisesAdd1 teaspoon dhana 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon garam masala1 full teaspoon chicken tikka spice1 full teaspoon tandoori masala1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder2 tablespoon yoghurtAdd 2Tblsp tomato sauce or tomato puree1 teaspoon salt to tastebraiseAdd the steamed meat (keep the water aside)braise well with spicesAfter 10 minutes add all the liquidisedTomato onion mix Cook well Till curry is well blended with tomato spicesAdd ½ onion cut in chunksAnd add ¼ red or Yellow pepers cut big¼ tomato quarteredCook till softGarnish with green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with rotis rolls or naan rotis
