2 cups corn flakes2 cups rice krispies¼ cup chopped almonds ¼ cup sunflower seeds¼ cup sesame seeds¼ cup pumpkin seeds1 teaspoon nutmeg powderPinch salt
125g butter ¼ cup sugar½ cup golden syrupWarm till sugar is melted. Then allow to cook till slightly thickened.
Combine both mixtures and spoon into mini muffin cups.Bake at 180 deg C for +- 10minutes.
Variation: substitute cornflakes for all bran flakes
