RECIPE
200g castor sugar and 4tblsp golden syrup...
melt on medium heat, stir often so as to not burn the caramel...once its melted.
Remove from heat, immediately add 3 teaspoon bicarb, stir in quick to mix and pour onto tray leave to cool...
Once u pour onto tray...
don't touch mixture, leave it to cool and set...
.honeycomb done.
Break into pieces, coat with chocolate
