2 Elmea double cream
250g liqourice toffees
2lt vanilla ice cream
1.)leave vanilla ice cream out to melt slightly...not too runny.
2.)mix liqourice toffees and cream in a saucepan and melt on low heat till till toffee is completely dissolved (stir frequently)
3.)mix (1.) and (2.) pour into mounds and freeze overnight
4.)remove from freezer 10-15mins before serving
