INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
¼ cup cocoa
½ cup boiling water
¼ cup oil
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups flour
caramel topping
1 tin caramel treat
4 tablespoon nestle cream
METHOD
Mix cocoa into boiling water and leave to coolWhisk eggs and sugar till light and fluffyAdd in oil. add vanilla essence to the cocoa mixture and alternate with the flour and baking powder.Bake at 180 for about 25-30 minutes
Caramel toppingBeat the caramel treat for about a minute then add in your nestle cream and mix.Pour over cake and sprinkle with peppermint crisp
