-1 tin tuna in brine
-1⁄4 cup grated carrot
-1⁄4 cup grated cabbage
-1⁄4 cup south African mayonnaise or salad cream in u.k
-shop bought savoury muffins of your choice
-wild rocket,grated cheese,salad dressing of your choice and a packet of ready salted crisps(crushed)
1.)drain tuna...add cabbage,carrot and mayonnaise(mix and keep aside).
2.)cut muffins in half and lightly toast on a non stick frying pan.
3.)set wild Rocket on a plate,drizzle salad dressing,place muffins above this,top with tuna coleslaw,grated cheese and ready salted Crisps.
