INGREDIENTS
• 500g self-raising flour• A pinch of salt• 2 teaspoon baking powder• ¾ cup sugar• 250g Stork Bake ( grated )
Mix all the above ingredients well together with your fingertips till it resembles bread crumbs.
• 2 eggs (well beaten)• 1 cup plain yoghurt / maas
METHOD
- Beat eggs & maas well together with a fork / whisk.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together with a handbeater / whisk until well combined.- Scoop equal amts into greased cupcake pans using an ice-cream lever scoop. - Brush with egg ( use a soft silicone brush or tissue paper )- Bake at 180°c until golden (+-15 to 20min) Makes approximately 15-18
