INGREDIENTS
500g self-raising flourA pinch of salt2 teaspoon baking powder¾ cup sugar250g Stork Bake ( grated )
Mix all the above ingredients well together with your fingertips till it resembles bread crumbs.
2 eggs (well beaten)1 cup plain yoghurt / maas
METHOD
Beat eggs & maas well together with a fork / whisk.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together with a handbeater / whisk until well combined. Scoop equal amts into greased cupcake pans using an ice-cream lever scoop. Brush with egg ( use a soft silicone brush or tissue paper )Bake at 180°c until golden (+-15 to 20min) Makes approximately 15-18
