RECIPE

Whisk 2gether:1 egg¼ cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ½ cup milk½ cup yoghurt (I have used 2 tablespoon sour cream +¼ cup sour milk to make ½ cup)1 slightly heaped cup flour1 tablespoon melted butter 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
Whisk till smooth. Fry small dollops in med hot oil till golden brown ✨️ Mix 2gether 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder + ¾ cup castor sugar Roll immediately in cinnamon sugar Serve with chocolate sauce or ganache or melted choc hazelnut spread
