INGREDIENTS
                      few slices white bread-crusts removed
sweet chilli sauce, mrs balls chutney 
or any 
other chutney of choice
few plain or smoked viennas
finely chopped dhania (coriander)
salt & pepper
pinch of turmeric
2 eggs
little milk (optional)
                    
METHOD
                      Flatten bread slices with rolling pin. 
Cut each slice in half. Spread chutney 
of choice on bread. 
Place a piece of vienna on top. Roll 
up. Beat eggs & season with salt, 
pepper & turmeric.Add a little milk
(optional). Add chopped dhania (coriander). Dip 
wrapper in egg mixture then fry in hot 
oil. Drain on absorbent paper. 
                    
INFO & TIPS
                      chilli powder can be added to eggs for 
spicier taste. best eaten hot.
