Cut chicken into pieces. Combine spices, lemon juice, egg and buttermilk. Marinate chicken overnight Combine flour and spices for the coating and place into plastic bag Add chicken portions and shake well. Remove from bag and fry in shallow oil. Place chicken in an oven tray and cover with foil Bake at 180 for 30-40 minutes I normally steam my chicken with a sprinkle of salt and then marinate it overnight so the frying is only a few minutes.
