1 cup Double Cream Yogurt1 tablespoon Lemon Juice½ teaspoon Salt (or more)1 tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped)½ - 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste1 Cucumber (grated and squeezed to drain)
Method: Mix altogether and leave in fridge. Serve chilled.If you don't like dill, use 1 tablespoon of dried parsley.
