Strawberry & Cream Sponge

INGREDIENTS

½ cup oil
1 cup castor sugar
Mix together
Add 4 eggs
2 at a time
1 tablespoon vanilla
Beat well then add
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Add and mix very well
Slowly add in ½ cup boiling water and mix
Add to 2 greased round pans
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 till a skewer inserted comes out clean,allow to cool
Chop strawberries and sprinkle with sugar
Beat fresh cream with icing sugar till stiff then add as much strawberries as u prefer..sandwich and top cake with cream
