INGREDIENTS
500g mince
3 slices bread
1 onion
2 teaspoon ground green chillies
2 tablespoon mix vegetables
½ green / red pepper fine
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
Salt to taste
D1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoon chooped
METHOD
Place mince, onion and bread in a food processor and blend well.
Remove from processor and place in bowl.
Mix in rest of ingredients.
Shape mince into small sausages shapes, and fry them in little oil
over medium heat , until they are ½ done.
Place ½ done seekhs in a covered oven container, sprinkle with a
little lemon juice and bake for about ½ hour.
Serve with small pita breads or small puris.
