Dairy milk Sojee (semolina flour)

1 cup semolina / tasty wheat
Pinch of Elachi (cardomom)
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh cream
1 tin condensed milk
1 slab 80g dairy milk chocolate
Braise semolina / tasty wheat with butter on medium heat.
Combine water, milk cream and Elachi (cardomom).
Add to the above mixing well to ensure no lumps.
Cook over medium heat until it thickens.
Add the condensed milk and chocolate allow chocolate to melt, stir well.
Close pot with lid and steam for 10 minutes.
Before serving make a ganache with
1 slab dairy milk and ¼ cup fresh cream. Pour over Sojee (semolina flour) and enjoy.
