Rice: Boil rice and let it simmer till soft Fish: Drain oil from tuna fish and reserve oil for sauce. Mix finely chopped onions with fish. Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a pan and heat until well combined. Sauce must be slightly runny Assembly: Mold rice in a dessert bowl and turn out onto serving plate. Pour sauce over rice.
