INGREDIENTS
1 can tuna in vegetable oil
Finely chopped onions
1 cup Rice
Lettuce, cucumbers and olives
Sauce:5 tablespoon Soya Sauce
2 tablespoon mustard sauce
1 teaspoon ginger powder
¾ teaspoon mustard powder
Oil reserved from tuna can
Don't forget the love
METHOD
Rice: Boil rice and let it simmer till soft
Fish: Drain oil from tuna fish and reserve oil for sauce. Mix finely chopped onions with fish.
Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a pan and heat until well combined. Sauce must be slightly runny
Assembly: Mold rice in a dessert bowl and turn out onto serving plate. Pour sauce over rice. Spoon tuna on the side of the rice mold and lastly garnish with salad.
