INGREDIENTS
125g butter
375ml brown sugar
2 eggs
5ml bicarb
625ml cake flour
150g white choc chips
150g dark choc chips
METHOD
Cream butter, sugar & vanilla. Add eggs & beat
well. Fold in sifted dry ingredients & choc chips.
Drop tablespoonful of mixture onto baking trays.
Allow room for spreading. Bake @ 180*C for 12-15
minutes.
