Peel & cut potatoes in wedges.
Rub generously with arad (Turmeric).
Deep fry potatoes until tender.
Remove from oil & sprinkle some Aromat (a South African Spice) , crushed red chillies & crushed dhana. Mix carefully coating all potatoes well. Put in oven proof dish dot with some ghee (Clarified butter) or butter. Cover with foil & bake for +-20 minutes turning potatoes in between.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Nb. For crispy aloo fry after baking put under griller for few minutes.
Perfect side dish to any meal .
