INGREDIENTS
1 cup dry soya mince
½ cup chana(gram flour)
¼ cup oats
2 green chillies-finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dhania (coriander)(coriander)
1 sml onion-grated
salt to taste
1 teaspoon ginger&garlic paste
METHOD
.soak the soya mince in boiling water for 10-15 minutes
.place gram flour in frying pan&gently roast roast
stirring cont
.mix mince,roasted gram flour,oats and knead well
until combined
.add the rest of ingredients and mix until blended
.divide into 6 equal portions,
preheat oven 200 dgrees
shape patties and place on lighly greased tray
cook for 20 minutes-turning once during cooking
serve with salad/ soya bun
optional
bush patties with
2tblsp low fat yoghurt
2 teaspoon oil
1 tablespoon soya sauce
variation
It can b shaped into sausages and cooked the same way
add can of mixed beans into the mixture
