INGREDIENTS
250ml fresh cream1 can evapourated milk20 normal sized marshmallows1 slab Lindt 70% dark chocolate180g bottle NutellaOptional-½ cup toasted hazelnuts (chopped)½ - 1 packet wafer biscuits (chopped)Garnish-Ferrero Rocher chocolates
METHOD
1. Warm evapourated milk on stove, add marshmallows, nutella and chocolate and melt till smooth.2. Leave aside to cool.3. Whip fresh cream till stiff peaks form.4. Fold cream into chocolate mixture.5. If using, additionally add in chopped nuts and chopped wafers and gently fold into mousse.6. Spoon into serving dish or individual dessert cups7. Place on Ferreros and leave in fridge to chill and set for few hours.

Note:
I serve mousse in 60ml cups/shooters because it's rich.
