For the cake : 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 3⁄4 cups oil 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 cups flour 4 teaspoon baking powder 4 tablespoon cocoa 1 1⁄4 cup Luke warm water
or use you favorite cake recipe .
sauce : 1 big tin nestle cream 1 big dairymilk wholenut slab 2 tablespoon nutella
3 to 4 ferreros handful of MAVERICK AND JANE hazelnut rocher popcorn ( if you havent been to the zone recently , The new Muslim owned maverick and Jane gourmet popcorn store is now open ) amazing popcorn and hazel rocher my absolute favorite
For the cake : Preheat oven to 180degrees Beat together the eggs , sugar and oil until fluffy , add vanilla Add the flour and baking powder . Mix together the cocoa and water and lastly add this in slowly. Let everything mix . Pour batter in a greased round baking tin and bake for 20 minutes or until done .
allow this to cool completely .
In the meantime pour the cream in a bowl and heat this up in the microwave . remove and add the chocolate pieces and allow this to melt , stir until smooth , add the nutella and stir .
cut the cake and add some sauce and stick cake back together . add some chocolate sauce on the top . before serving add the remaining sauce . top with popcorn and half cut ferreros

if you have hazelnuts on hand you can add those too
