1 large onion (chopped) 2 piece lettuce leaves (chopped) 2 tablespoon coriander (chopped) ½ teaspoon salt (according to taste) 2 teaspoon ground green chillies (according to taste) 2 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin) 2 teaspoon crushed dhana 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 egg 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies (optional) 1 small potato (grated and squeeze out water) 1 full cup gram flour ½ cup cake flour Water (for batter)
Method : In a dish add in onions, grated potato, lettuce, coriander, spices, egg, baking powder and flours. Mix and add in enough water to make s thickish batter. Add in a teaspoon of batter in moderate hot oil. Fry till golden.
