6 potatoes (baked)
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 small tin Nestle cream
2 tablespoon Trim/ light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 crushed black pepper
Diced robot peppers
1. Mash potatoes (skin removed) and season with salt and pepper.
2. Allow to cool and roll into even sized balls.
3. Mix cream, mayo, garlic, sugar, vinegar and pepper.
4. Pour over potato balls.
5. Garnish and serve at room temperature or chilled.
