RECIPE
6 potatoes (baked)Salt & white pepper (to taste)½ tin Nestle cream¼ cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon garlic paste1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon white vinegar1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Garnish-Diced robot peppersChopped coriander
Method:1. Mash potatoes (skin removed) and lightly season with salt and pepper.2. Allow to cool and roll into even sized balls.3. Mix cream, mayo, garlic, sugar, vinegar and black pepper.4. Pour over potato balls.5. Garnish and serve at room temperature or chilled.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
Note: •A cool idea to serve, is to set them on baby gem lettuce leaves.•If you'd like it alot more creamier, especially if prepared very early and kept in the fridge, then you could use the whole tin of cream.
