INGREDIENTS
1 cup Chicken fillet, cut into thin strips1 teaspoon Chilli garlic paste1 teaspoon Lemon pepper1 teaspoon crushed Cumin1 teaspoon Salt2 tablespoon Lemon juice2 tablespoon Oil
3 tablespoon OilΒ½ cup Carrots, juliennedΒ½ cup red and green Peppers, thinly slicedΒ½ cup yellow Pepper, thinly sliced1 cup Cucumber, julienned1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
Dressing :Β½ cup Creamy green dressing4 tablespoon Mayo1 teaspoon Lemon pepperSalt to taste
4 large Potatoes, finely grated2 cups cooked spaghetti
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients except the oil and marinate chicken for 30 minutes.Heat the oil and stir fry chicken and leave aside.
Heat the oil and stir fry the vegetables in the given order. Allow to cool. Combine the stir - fried chicken and veggies. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix with the Veggies /Chicken. Deep fry the potatoes and leave to cook. Arrange the chicken and the vegetables in the center of the platter. Place the spaghetti around the vegetables. Garnish edges with Cucumber slices. Just before serving, cover the salad with fried potatoes and sprinkle rough red chillies.
