INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sugar
1tablespoon oil
¼ cup yoghurt or sour milk
METHOD
Make a soft Dough with lukewarm water
Let it rest for 2-3 hours
Make 5-6 balls
roll bit thick oblong or any shape u prefer
rub some water on one of naan
use the tawa on which naan will get stuck
(*DO NOT USE NON STICK PANS FOR THIS NAAN)
heat tawa on high
STICK the wet side down naan on the tawa
Let it cool for while then flip the tawa direct on the heat
And cool evenly
when it's cool with those little black dots like tandoori naan must b done
brush with some garlic or plain butter
