Sponge Cake

RECIPE

Take 4 eggs beat till triple in size at a medium speed.Than add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.Take 1 cup sugar add a little at a time and keep beating on high speed .Now add ¼ cup oil .Than one cup flour and ½ cup milk. When adding the flour beat at a very slow speed and add the flour and milk together but little at a time not all at once. Than add 11/2 teaspoon of baking powder...
For chocolate substitute with ½ cup water 2 tablespoon of cocoa and discard the milk.Bake at 180 'C ...till a skewer comes out clean.decorating your choices
