INGREDIENTS
CUSTARD BISCUITS

Ingredients
250g butter
2 eggs
10 tablespoon castor sugar
8 tablespoon custard powder
2 teaspoon baking powder
+/- 2 ½ cups flour
Method
Beat butter until white, add 2 eggs separately and beat after each addition.
Add castor sugar, custard powder and baking powder and mix.
Add flour to make a soft dough take out with machine or roll out and cut into desired shape.
Bake at 180°c for 10-15 minutes. Decorate as desired.
