Ingredients:1 cucumberOlives slicedTomato choppedFeta crumbledRed onion dicedHummusFreshly cracked black pepper
Method-With a Vegetable peeler, peel long slices.Place 2 slices together.Smooth on hummus & top with veg & black pepper.Gently but firmly roll cucumber closed and place down. Serve immediately.
