INGREDIENTS
250g butter ¾ cup sugar 2 cup finely chopped roasted nuts (I used almonds)2 teaspoon. Baking powder 2 - 3 cup cake flour 1 teaspoon. Vanilla ½ cup icing sugar for coating
METHOD
Beat butter, vanilla and sugar until creamy. Fold in the baking powder, nut and enough cake flour to make a soft dough.Shape into 6cm long crescent. Place 2cm apart on the baking tray and bake @180c for 10 - 15 minutes unlit light brown. Roll the biscuits in icing sugar whilst hot
