RECIPE
1 and half litr milk
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon elaichi, 2 tablespoon chopped dry fruit
3 tablespoon condensed milk
5 tablespoon cream
Take heavy bottom pan add milk and sugar
Cook on medium flame until milk is reduced to half (keep stirring in between )
Now add elaichi and dry fruit and cook about 15 minutes
Lastly add condensed milk and cream. Mix well
Turn off the flame and let it cool
Transparent in kulfi mould or container
Freeze 6 to 8 hours
