Method: 1. Roll out pastry on a floured surface. 2. Spray 'and Cook moulds. 3. Cut pastry into strips and wrap around cones. 4. Brush with egg. 5. Place on a greased oven tray. 6. Bake in preheated oven at 180degC and bake till puffed & golden. 7. Allow to cool, then pipe in whipped cream. 8. Dust over icing sugar & serve.
Flavor Variations: 1. Cookies & Cream- Sweetened whipped cream Fold in crushed oreos. Pipe into cones. Garnish with mini oreos.
Berry Cheesecake- 1 tub plain cream cheese 60g butter ½-1 cup icing sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Whipped cream Fresh berries. - Beat cream cheese till smooth. Leave aside. Beat icing sugar & butter. Add vanilla & cream cheese, mix in. Fold in whipped cream. Pipe some cream, then spoon in some berries & repeat till top of cone.
Chocolate Surprise- Spoon in Nutella Sweetened whip cream Repeat till top of cone. Garnish with crushed flake/choc decor.
