My style Not too richTip:If you don't want to top with fresh cream then use ½ of the 250 ml in each mixtureAlso for richer taste use 250 ml fresh cream in each mixture (nestle dessert cream can also be substituted)METHOD1 cup milkAdd 100 g dairy maid brown chocolate(keep some shavings for topping)2 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder mixed with little water1 teaspoon falooda powderCondensed milk (taste the sweetness) or sugar to taste1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)Break up chocolate in pieces and Bring the milk mixture to boil add 100 ml fresh cream into the mix RemoveLet it cool slightly and pour into your dessert cupsPlace in refrigerator to setOnce set Now make 1 cup milk100 g Milky bar chocolate or any white chocolate (keep some shavings aside for toppings)1 teaspoon falooda powder Condensed milk ( taste the sweetness) or sugar to tasteBreak up the white chocolate in pieces and Bring milk mixture to boilAdd 100 ml fresh cream Remove from stove let it cool slightly Then pour this over the brownLet this set in the refrigerator Once set You will notice the top deck layer At this point you can just decorate with chocolate or see below Now whip the rest of the 50 ml fresh creamPut a dollop of 1 Tablespoon in eachdessertDecorate with a mixture of the brown and white chocolate shavingsEnjoy cold
