2 tablespoon custard powder Half a liter milk Sugar as needed 1 box nuttikrust biscuits 1 tablespoon butter 3 bounty chocolates 1 tablespoon cocoa Method Melt the butter, add it to the crushed biscuits mix until all the biscuits are well coated , pat it down your Pyrex dish and leave it in the fridge to set .. Separately boil the milk and custard powder , add in sugar , add the bounty and stir Mix in the cocoa with milk and add in (In the mixture you can add in desiccated coconut and fresh coconut )Pour mixture over the biscuits and refrigerate till sets Once it’s set add in fresh cream and decorate it with freshly grated coconut and chocolate on top I doubled the recipe You can double the recipe if your Pyrex dish is really big .. Enjoy!
