1 Liter milk (reserve ¼ cup)
¼ cup water
2 teaspoon ghaas powder
2 tablespoon custard powder
2 tablespoon klim (milk powder)
¾ tin condensed milk
½ cup fresh cream

* Mix ghaas, custard and klim with the quarter cup milk and water.
* Add remaining milk to pot, bring to a boil.
* Add the klim mixture to the boiling milk and continue to boil for 2-3 minutes.
* Remove from heat, allow to cool ± 5 minutes.
Then add the condensed milk and cream. Mix and pour into mould.
* Set in the fridge. Decorate as desired.
