7 extra large eggs
½ tomato chopped
¼ green pepper chopped
Fresh green dhania (coriander)
Salt to taste
Mix everything together and cook on a heated pan with ghee (Clarified butter).
I served with masala chops for breakfast.
You can add anything to this. I added what my family likes.
