INGREDIENTS
*For dough
4 cups flour
2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon butter
4 teaspoon baking powder
Approx 2 ½ cups boiling water
*Chicken Filling
1 kg chopped chicken fillet
1-2 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Huldi
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Green chillies
1 cup mixed veg
2 or 3 chopped peppers
White sauce: 1 tablespoon maziena dissolved in one cup milk/almond milk.
¾ cup cheese or 2 cooking spoons vegan cheese substitute
1-2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
METHOD
Put all dough ingredients in food processor and blend until forms smooth dough.
Cook chicken in some coconut oil or ghee (Clarified butter) with salt, huldi, garlic, green chillies and pepper.
When halfway done, add mixed veg.
When almost cooked add peppers.
Add white sauce.
Then add cheese/vegan cheese substitute.
Roll out dough and cut out rounds. Fill, fold in half, cut edge with round cutter to seal.
Dip in egg then breadcrumbs.
Deep fry.
