INGREDIENTS
1 litre full cream milk
2 teaspoon china grass powder (ghaas)
½ cup water
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
1 small tin nestle cream
1 tin condensed milk
METHOD
Put milk to boil in a heavy based
saucepan.
Make a paste with the egg and maizena (corn flour).
Add to almost boiling milk.
Keep stirring
Melt china grass powder in water.
Add to milk beating all the time.
Add in nestle cream and condensed milk.
Beat well.
Give one boil.
Pour into serving bowl.
Leave to set in a cold place.
Decorate with tinted nestle cream and
chocolate
curls....

Instead of decorating with nestle cream
u can
decorate with fresh cream rosettes and
sprinkling
coloured badaam...
