Water falooda
3 cups water
1 teaspoon falooda powder
6 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
1 tablespoon rose water
Rose syrup
Bring water to boil in a pot. Mix falooda powder in a little water and add to pot with sugar and leave to boil on low for 10 minutes. Remove from stove add in your Elachi (cardomom) powder and rose syrup(depending on how red you want it). Pour into a container and leave in fridge to set.
Milk falooda
3 cups milk
1 level teaspoon falooda powder
½ tin condense milk
1 small tin nestle cream
¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
1 tablespoon rose water
Put milk to boil in a pot. Mix falooda powder in a little milk and add to pot and leave to boil for 10 minutes on low. Remove from heat and add in your condense milk, nestle cream, rose water and Elachi (cardomom) powder. Beat with an egg beater and pour into your bowls. Leave to set. Just before serving cut up the water falooda into small cubes and throw over milk falooda. Please do not add on in advance cuz the water falooda does leave a red stain if left too long.
