250g butter 4 cups flour 8 teaspoon baking powder 1⁄2 cup white sugar 1⁄2 cup brown sugar 1⁄2 cup corn flakes roughly crushed 2 weetbix crushed 1⁄2 cup coconut 1⁄2 cup bran 1⁄2 cup oats 1⁄2 teaspoon bicarb 1⁄4 teaspoon salt 4 tablespoon oil 1 cup milk 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds 1⁄2 cup pecans chopped
Mix together the dry ingredients and add seeds and nuts. Rub in butter. Add oil and milk and mix into a dough. Roll out, scrap with a fork and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 180deg untill golden. Leave in the warm oven to get crispy.
