-1kg chicken fillet (finely cubed) -samosa pur of your choice -breadcrumbs -beaten eggs for dipping -2 cups grated cheddar cheese -1 cup grated red leicester or gouda cheese -2 tins(450g) asparagus(drained and cut into cubes) -¼ cup lemon juice -1 tablespoon lemon pepper -3 level tblspns freshly ground garlic -1 teaspoon crushed green chilli -salt to taste(approx 1- 1 ½ teaspoon) -1 big onion(diced) -¼ cup butter -1 tablespoon oil -½ cup finely chopped green dhania (coriander)
1.)braise onions in butter and oil. 2.)add Chicken,garlic,green chilli,salt and lemon pepper,lemon juice and cook till chicken is cooked through. 3.)leave aside to cool then add the cubed asparagus,cheese and green dhania (coriander) and mix well. 4.)fill in pur as right angled triangles,not normal samosa shape. 5.)dip in egg. 6.)dip in breadcrumbs. 7.)freeze. 8.)fry in hot oil till golden brown.
