RECIPE

4 cups flour ¼ cup sugar 1 packet yeast Salt
Melt 60g butter3 tablespoon oil385 ml milkHeat above till warmAdd in 1 beaten egg
Add wet ingredients to dry.Make a soft dough. Knead very well. Leave to riseRoll out rectangular shape Brush melted garlic butter Roll up.Cut into 12 slices.Place in a greased pan.Allow to rise 30 minutes.Bake till golden. Brush melted butter and sprinkle lots of cheese
