1 punnet mushrooms
-clean mushrooms (soak in alil salt water before dipping into flour)
Add salt,paprika,garlic flakes,machacho hot spice,lemon pepper.
First coat the mushrooms in flour and then dip into egg. Lastly coat with cornflakes crumb & fry.
