RECIPE
250g soft butter
Little 2 tablespoon oil
1 cup castor sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Little peppermint essence
Beat well till light and fluffy
Add
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 teaspoon baking powder
+-1 ½ cup coconut
Mix well
now add gradually +- 1 ½ cup flour
Make a soft dough
Grease and flatten the dough into a casserole
Bake for +-15-20 minutes at 180 drop to 160
Remove
Do not bake for long
Cut your squares or slices
Whilst hot drizzle chocolate
Grated white hazel nut chocolate over and chopped up in cubes peppermint chocolate
Enjoy
