Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups brown sugar
4 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon coffee/milo (mixed in little hot water)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarb of soda
3 cups flour
2 cups chocolate chips
1 slab 80g dairy milk chocolate chopped
Cream butter and sugar until light add creamy.
Add 1 egg with 2 teaspoon vanilla essence beat for 30 seconds add second egg with 2 teaspoon vanilla essence and beat well.
Add the coffee/milo mix until incorporated.
Sift 2 cups flour with raising agents. Add to creamed mixture mix well, to form a soft dough. Add remaining flour if needed half cup at a time. Lastly mix in chocolate chips and chocolate.
Cover dough with plastic wrap and leave in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Roll into balls approximately 20g each.
Bake in a pre heated oven of 180 deg for 10 minutes.
Place on to a wire rack to cool

A soft gooey center with a crunch on the outside studded with melty chocolate pieces makes eating one impossible.
